Khawar manages our end-to-end insurance claims process, specializing in overturning complex medical denials and executing strategic appeals. He oversees all rebilling workflows and serves as our primary liaison for payer communications to resolve payment bottlenecks 

 Payment Posting & Verification Specialist.
Sundas handles the end-to-end processing and reconciliation of all practice payments. She ensures accurate payment posting, manages overpayments, reversals, and payment error corrections, while strictly reviewing and verifying all check and credit card transactions. 

Operational Support Specialist.
Shahbaz provides critical data and workflow support to the billing team. He handles extensive eligibility and benefit verifications, manages encounter reviews, ensures clean insurance claim submissions, and compiles essential operational data to streamline daily practice performance.
